Answer as much as you can — the more we know before the visit, the more useful the estimate. You will see an indicative budget band update as you go.

1 · Who we are talking to
We reply here first. No newsletter, no list.
2 · The property
A rough figure is fine. Check your S&P or strata title if unsure.
Do you own it yet?
3 · Scope of work
How far do you want to go? *
Which rooms are involved?
An honest range helps more than a flattering one. We will tell you if it does not match the scope.
A wedding, a tenancy ending, a baby due. Tell us now and we plan backwards from it.
4 · Tell us about the space
Problems are more useful to us than styles. Ask any questions here too.

    5 · Appointment
How would you like to meet? *

No obligation. We reply within one working day, and we will tell you honestly if your budget and scope do not match.

    What happens next

Three steps, no obligation at any of them

If at any point the project is not right for us — wrong scale, wrong timing, wrong budget — we say so and point you somewhere better. It costs us nothing and saves you months.

    01

We reply within one working day

Usually with two or three questions. If the brief is clear enough already, we propose a visit date straight away.

    02

A visit at the property, about two hours

We measure, photograph, and talk through how you actually use the space. Bring anyone else whose opinion will matter later.

    03

A written estimate within five working days

A budget band with the assumptions listed, a realistic programme, and a materials direction. Yours to keep either way.
